The QUAKE-SURFER is designed to provide three dimensional protection. Not just horizontal but vertical as well. Recent events have shown that vertical movement can approach horizontal movement. QuakeSurfer horizontal and vertical protection provides the ability for your important assets to be protected during and after seismic events. Horizontal Protection
Horizontal movement protection is well known within the IT industry. The QuakeSurfer has horizontal protection built in using 'low glider' sliders. These 'low gliders' are specifically designed to allow lower loads to be carried compared to heavy building seismic protection.
Vertical Protection
A key feature of the QuakeSurfer is the ability for vertical protection. Recent seismic events, including the large earthquake in Christchurch, New Zealand, showed the significant destruction increased vertical movement creates. The QuakeSurfer has been specifically designed to protect against horizontal AND vertical movement creating a "360 degree" protection for your sensitive and mission critical assets

Custom Design
The QuakeSurfer can be designed to accommodate various payloads ranging from less than 1 ton to over 40. Distribution of weight is handled by the Quakesurfer meaning uneven distribution of weight can be accommodated.
